Scottish employers urged to prepare for workplace harassment changes

I'm a Glasgow-based workplace inclusion specialist and founder of Your D+I. I'm launching Workplace+ Connect, a new Scottish event helping employers tackle difficult workplace issues before they become expensive people problems.

The first event takes place in Glasgow on 20 October, just ten days before significant changes affecting employers' responsibilities around workplace harassment.
