Handan, Hebei Province, China, 24 October 2026. PanoCourt (PANO), a padel court factory based in Hebei Province, China, today announced that its padel courts have received a Technical Inspection Attestation of Conformity from UDEM Uluslararasi Belgelendirme Denetim Egitim Merkezi San. ve Tic. A.S. (UDEM), a notified body headquartered in Ankara, Turkiye. The attestation was issued to Tianjin PANO Sports Goods Co., Ltd. for the product "Padel Court". It references two European standards for steel wire products: EN 10218-1:2012 and EN 10223-4:2012.

Certificate details

According to the certificate, UDEM audited the company against the relevant standards. The initial assessment took place on 15 July 2026 and registration followed on 16 July 2026. The certificate number is M.2026.206.C144471. It is linked to report number PCTCF0713-STAND and remains valid until 15 July 2031. Buyers can check the validity of the certificate with UDEM at www.udem.com.tr.

The attestation covers twelve PANO padel court models: PA-PC-001, PA-PC-002 and PA-PC-003; PA-LZ-100, PA-LZ-200 and PA-LZ-300; PA-WP-101, PA-WP-102 and PA-WP-103; and PA-BL-000, PA-BL-111 and PA-BL-222.

What the standards cover

EN 10218-1:2012 sets out test methods for steel wire and wire products. EN 10223-4:2012 is the European standard for steel wire welded mesh fencing. A padel court enclosure uses welded steel mesh for its fencing sections alongside the glass walls, so both standards apply to a visible part of the court.

What it means for buyers

For padel club owners, real estate developers and sports distributors, buying courts from overseas usually means reviewing a large amount of technical documentation before a purchase order is placed. A third-party attestation that names specific court models and standards, and that can be verified with the issuing body, gives procurement teams a clear reference point. It helps when they compare suppliers, prepare tender documents or answer questions from local partners.

PANO notes that the certificate applies only to the products and models listed on it. Buyers should confirm the exact requirements in their own market with their consultants and local authorities.

Quote from PANO

"For clubs and distributors, documentation matters as much as the court itself," said a spokesperson for the PANO Digital Marketing Team. "This attestation gives buyers an independent, checkable reference for the steel wire and mesh used in our courts."

Product range and manufacturing

PANO builds panoramic, super panoramic, classic, single and mobile padel courts to order, along with artificial turf and lighting packages. Every stage of production is handled in its 10,000 m2 facility, where seven workshops cover laser cutting, welding, shot blasting and coating. Court frames use Q235 hot-dip galvanized steel tube with a zinc layer of at least 60 microns. A fully automatic coating line applies a three-layer anti-corrosion finish of 85 to 100 microns. Glass panels are 10 mm or 12 mm tempered glass, and fittings are 304/316 stainless steel. Specifications for PANO's panoramic padel court, including its anti-corrosion options and wind load testing, are published at https://panocourt.com/panoramic-padel-court/
