Oxford Firm MKSK Launches ScheduleX, Its Work Schedule Tool for Oracle Cloud HCM, on the X Cloud Platform

Business MKSK Consulting

MKSK Consulting has launched ScheduleX, a rebranded work schedule tool for Oracle Cloud HCM, as part of its X Cloud Platform.

OXFORD, UK, Oxford-based MKSK Consulting has launched ScheduleX, the new name for its established MKSK Work Schedule Tool, as part of the MKSK X Cloud Platform, the firm's family of purpose-built tools for Oracle Cloud HCM.

Work schedules are a quiet bottleneck in Oracle Cloud HCM programmes. The seeded spreadsheet approach supports only a limited number of work patterns and can struggle with large volumes; creating schedules individually through the interface consumes hours; and commissioning a custom integration adds complexity, cost and risk.

ScheduleX lets teams design schedules in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and load them directly into Oracle Cloud HCM; validate every schedule before it is loaded, with duplicates detected and blocked in real time; handle unlimited complex rotations; and use automated exception management, role-based access control, GDPR-ready audit logs and analytics, multi-tenant by design, with performance built for millions of records.

In MKSK's winner profile at the SME News Greater London Enterprise Awards 2025, the Work Schedule Tool was credited with reducing rota-to-payroll processing by up to 90% through pre-load validation and bulk loading. MKSK also won Best Use of AI in Enterprise HR Transformation 2025 and the Innovation Award in Payroll Automation & Transformation 2025.

"Design it, validate it, load it, and move on to the work that actually transforms HR," said Mohammed Khan, Director - Oracle Division, MKSK Consulting.

ScheduleX is available now. Book a demonstration at https://www.mksk.co.uk or see https://schedulexcloud.com
