Northumberland Sales Professional Launches Digital Follow-Up Resources for Small Businesses
Gary John Spooner launches SalesKit Digital, offering a £39 Small Business Sales & Follow-Up Toolkit and a free quotation follow-up checklist for small firms.

Northumberland, UK, 30 October 2026.
Northumberland-based sales leader Gary John Spooner has launched SalesKit Digital, a new business offering practical downloadable resources for sole traders, tradespeople and small service firms that handle customer enquiries and quotations.
Its first paid product, the Small Business Sales & Follow-Up Toolkit, is available for £39 as a one-off purchase. The manual toolkit includes 20 editable customer communication messages, an Excel-based enquiry and quotation tracker, a KPI calculator, a guide to running a consistent follow-up routine, and optional AI prompts for adapting messages. It does not send messages automatically and it is not a subscription CRM.
A free, no-registration seven-minute quotation follow-up checklist is available as a companion resource.
Spooner has worked in regional and national sales leadership and developed the toolkit around a straightforward problem: busy small-business owners may deliver good work and still lose track of who needs an update.
"Good follow-up shouldn't require complicated software. I wanted to give small businesses a simple way to keep track of enquiries and make their next customer contact more professional," said Gary John Spooner, founder of SalesKit Digital.
