Movi Invoice by AeroSapiens Offers Freelancers a Free Way to Bill Clients in Their Own Currency

Free plan covers 10 issued invoices a month, with the currency chosen per invoice and tax calculated from the rates the user sets

NOIDA, India, AeroSapiens, the Indian software company founded by Bhupendra Varshney, has made its online invoicing tool Movi Invoice available with a free plan aimed at freelancers and small agencies that bill clients in more than one country.

A freelancer working for a client in London one week and Singapore the next often ends up keeping separate spreadsheets or templates for each currency. Movi Invoice lets the user pick the currency on each invoice. Amounts are shown in ISO currencies with the correct number of decimal places, so a single account can hold rupee, pound and dollar invoices side by side.

The free plan requires no card. It includes 10 issued invoices a month, unlimited drafts, clients and items, and PDF download, printing and sharing. Users can choose from three templates: Modern, Minimal and India GST. Invoices on the free plan carry a short "Created with Movi Invoice" line.

For Indian businesses, Movi Invoice calculates GST and other taxes from the rates the user chooses. It numbers invoices without duplicates and keeps issued invoices unchanged, giving freelancers a consistent record when clients or accountants ask for a copy.

AeroSapiens is explicit about the tool's limits. Movi Invoice creates and tracks invoices. It is not a tax-filing or accounting system. It does not generate e-invoice IRNs or QR codes or e-way bills, it does not file GST returns, and it has not been certified by any tax authority. It is available to businesses in most countries; Pakistan and China are not currently supported.

"A freelancer doesn't always need accounting software. Often they need a clear invoice in the client's currency, sent the same day," said Bhupendra Varshney, founder of AeroSapiens. "Movi Invoice is built for that job, and the free plan lets people see whether it suits them before paying anything."
