London FinTech AlphaScaled Launches Institutional Governance Platform for SMA and Managed Account Investment Strategies

AlphaScaled Technology Limited, a London-based financial technology company, has launched its institutional investment governance platform, designed to help outsourced chief investment offices (OCIOs), family offices and professional allocators evaluate investment managers and oversee investment mandates through structured, evidence-led workflows.

The platform is designed to preserve clear boundaries between counterparties. Investment managers remain responsible for their strategy information and proprietary intellectual property, while allocators retain responsibility for evaluating suitability and making investment decisions. The launch reflects a practical challenge in institutional investment management: investment evidence, operational controls, performance reporting and investment committee records are frequently handled through different systems and processes.
