Kirill Naumov Announces Live Online AI-in-Retail Workshop for 7 November 2026

Consultant and entrepreneur Kirill Naumov will host a four-hour, English-language online workshop on 7 November 2026, from 11:00 to 15:00 GMT+5. The session is designed for retail leaders, sales managers, learning teams and professionals responsible for customer loyalty.

The workshop moves from use cases to practical decisions. Participants will examine where AI can help store and sales teams respond to customer needs, how to build staff practice scenarios, and how customer loyalty programmes can become more relevant without making promises that operational teams cannot keep. The final part introduces a way to scope a small AI product and test a prototype through vibe coding.

The format is a live working session, rather than a recorded course. The published programme sets out six connected blocks over four hours, including a break. Attendees can use the questions and exercises to identify one use case worth testing in their own business.

Naumov brings 16 years of experience across retail and other sectors, including 11 years with Apple and seven years teaching MBA students. His consulting work focuses on customer experience, employee learning and practical adoption of AI.

The workshop will be conducted in English. Advance registration is priced at US$199 through 25 October 2026 (GMT+5); the standard price is US$299 from 26 October. Prospective participants can read the programme and request a place at: https://www.kirillnaumovai.com/workshops/ai-retail-november
