Heytea, the originator of new-style tea, is opening its first UK heytea lab tomorrow, October 30, in London's Chinatown at 118-120 Shaftesbury Avenue.

The two-level space will bring 12 creations to the UK for the first time across Tea Lab, Bake Lab and Tea Ice Cream, including three UK exclusives inspired by the British ritual of tea and biscuits, reimagined as a drink, a warm croissant egg tart and a scoop of ice cream. Menu highlights include:

  • Rock Oolong · Caramel Biscuit layers roasted, floral Rock Oolong and milk with caramel biscuit cloud, torched brown sugar and biscuit crumbs.
  • Original Croissant Egg Tart pairs flaky croissant pastry with silky egg custard and a lightly caramelised finish.

Heytea's classic drink menu will also be available, presenting signature drinks such as Kale Boost Tea and Supreme Brown Sugar Bobo Milk Tea, alongside limited-edition creations such as Mango Coconut Sticky Rice.
