Dagmor makes recorded-call reports available without changing a contact centre's calling system
Ireland, 17 October 2026 - Dagmor, a call review and reporting service developed by Rickie Doherty of Touch and Connect Ltd, is accepting completed calling campaigns for review. A contact centre can send its recordings, receive reports, and keep using its existing calling system. Teams that want to work inside Dagmor can also use its call log, transcripts, scripts and human review tools.
The reports are meant to show what a campaign actually covered and what people said during the calls. A score or tick can be useful, but it does not always explain the answer. Dagmor keeps customer words with the relevant survey answers, including comments made between the formal questions. Its reports cover customer responses, trends, agent conduct and whether the expected recordings were received and checked.
Each call has an entry in the Call Log with the original recording name, audio and a transcript. Reviewers can read highlighted passages, return to the sound when wording needs checking and record their own decision. This makes it possible to find and inspect a call without listening to an entire batch from the start.
Managers can set a specific script and required words for their campaign, or let Dagmor draft checks from repeated steps in recorded calls. The script can then be adjusted by a person before it is used for review. The service gives agents a Hero Score view of their strongest calls alongside conduct and coverage reporting for managers. A human remains responsible for disputed findings and decisions that affect people.
The reports-only route is for teams that already have a dialler and simply want to understand the calls they have finished. The fuller route is for teams that want to work through the call log, scripts, reviews and reports in one place. Both are described at https://dagmor.app/.
Dagmor grew out of Rickie Doherty's contact centre work. The aim is to let a manager see the original call, the customer's words and the review decision together, rather than trying to reconstruct what happened from a final score alone.
