BuBa Games introduces Cartoon Crime's two-view open world to new players

Istanbul, Türkiye: Independent developer BuBa Games is inviting new players to discover Cartoon Crime, its cartoon-styled open-world action game for Windows, through the game's public trailer and Steam page.

Cartoon Crime allows players to switch between third-person and top-down perspectives while exploring the same world. Story missions, driving and police pursuits sit alongside recruitable bodyguards, enterable shops and side activities including bowling, billiards and arcade games.

The game entered Steam Early Access on August 26, 2026. It remains in development rather than being a finished 1.0 release. This introduction shares the currently available game; it does not announce a new release date or a new update.

The project is developed and published by BuBa Games, a small independent team based in Istanbul. Public gameplay footage and screenshots are available on the studio website, with current product information and development updates on Steam.
