Birketts advises shareholders of Aspect Group Holdings Limited on sale of Aspect Group Services

Birketts has advised the shareholders of Aspect Group Holdings Limited on the sale of Aspect Group Services, a Norfolk-headquartered roofing, renewables and building maintenance specialist, to Cardo Group.

Founded in 1972, Aspect Group Services has grown from its origins as a roofing contractor into a well-established provider of roofing, scaffolding, property maintenance and renewable energy services across the private, commercial and public sectors. The business delivers a broad range of projects, from responsive repairs and maintenance works through to major improvement programmes.

The transaction marks the next stage in Aspect Group Services' development and will see the business become part of Cardo Group, a leading provider of building maintenance and improvement services to social housing providers and the public sector across the UK and Ireland.

Birketts advised the sellers throughout the transaction, with the corporate team led by Partner Ed Savory, supported by Lili Barker, Arwa Salman, Macauley Alsford-White, Charlotte Rankin, Leanna Romano and Danny Flaxmer, along with Robbie Watson (corporate tax). Also supporting were Olivia Sherman, Caroline Geater and Freya Palmer (employee incentives), Andrea Bailiss (commercial real estate), Georgia Hunt and Annelise Ward (employment).
