Steppes Travel announces new Country Director for East team

Steppes Travel (http://www.steppestravel.co.uk) today announced that Clare Burkey has joined its East team as a Country Director.

Clare has worked in the travel industry for over 15 years, and joins Steppes Travel to after living and working in Spain.  Clare has lived and worked in the Southern Hemisphere and Europe for a number of years, working alongside Maori aborigines in Australia, and studying the ancient art of massage in Thailand.

“I am very excited to have joined Steppes Travel”, commented Clare. “I have travelled extensively thoughout Asia and have travelled overland from the north to the south of India. I am looking forward to using my knowledge and experience to create some exciting itineraries for our clients.”

Clare has recently returned from a familiarisation trip to Rajasthan.
