Discovery Initiatives announce availability of  8 day Galapagos Cruise

Discovery Initiatives has exclusively chartered one of the finest small yachts currently operating in the Galapagos for a unique 8 day cruise in partnership with the Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust, led by Quentin Bloxam, Durrell’s Director of Conservation Management.

Whilst this exciting cruise takes in some of the well known Islands, it also explores many of the lesser known Islands and landing spots, little visited on conventional tours. As well as your visit to the Galapagos, Quentin will be escorting your special group into the Amazon for 4 days staying at Napo Wildlife Centre, a luxurious eco-lodge in the heart of Amazonian Ecuador, where you have the chance for some thrilling rainforest experiences including the colourful birding, a possible glimpse of rare and elusive cats such as jaguar and ocelot and over 7 species of monkeys.

By joining this tour you are also helping towards the ongoing conservation of Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust’s vital work in the region.
