MV Fyne Spirit used to be a UK navy supply vessel and is now converted into a commercial yacht for 12 guests. She will start operation in the summer of 2007 in the West of Scotland. Besides 2 standard itineraries, 2 golf itineraries and 4 theme cruises, MV Fyne Spirit will also be available for charter. Cruise calender and itineraries are published on www.fyne-cruises.com .
Welcome on board! Every year, new hotels, new destinations, new cruise ships … try to find a place on the ever expanding tourist market. Each of them trying to be original, better, cheaper, more exclusive … than the other. I would like to introduce to you a new and unique product on the very popular and fast growing cruise market. Fyne Cruises is proud to present M/V Fyne Spirit, an ex-UK navy supply vessel converted into a commercial yacht of 34 metres. During the 2007 summer season she will start operation in West Scottish waters. We will offer 4 standard itineraries; a classic Hebridean cruise, a classic Clyde & Bute cruise, a Hebridean Golf cruise and a Clyde & Bute Golf cruise. Our golf cruises take the golfers to the more remote golf courses, the ´hidden gems´. Our theme cruises will be organized around a certain activity, like whale watching, gastronomy, whisky, highland games, visits to St. Kilda, … etc. Besides individual bookings, Fyne Spirit is also available for full charter.. With a maximum capacity of 12 guests she is the ideal venue to be hired by a family, a group of friends or business relations. In that case, the itinerary will be tailor made according to the wishes of the client (subject to negociation). We can be hired as hotel ship as well. The fact that we only have a maximum capacity of 12 guests, with a lot of cabin combinations possible (the ship can be converted from 6 doubles into 12 singles, and other combinations), makes travelling on Fyne Spirit an original way to visit Scotland. The restaurant has enough space to seat all passengers and offers gorgeous views of the landscape around through the panoramic windows. Our chef prepares, on board, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant can also be used as a meeting room and has conference facilities. The lounge is the place to be in all day, to meet fellow passengers, to have a drink or simply to relax while enjoying the view through the panoramic windows. A coffee/thee station is complimentary for all passengers during the day. A big variety of drinks can be purchased at the bar. Daily, an afternoon snack will be served in the lounge. An outside deck is accessible to the passengers (weather permitting) for viewing and enjoying the nature around them. The Captain will be most happy to welcome those who are interested on the bridge and share his knowledge of navigation. Our guests can stay in touch with family & friends via our on board internet facilities and a variety of books are available for our passengers to read during the cruise. In a nutshell, Fyne Spirit will offer her guests a Scottish yacht experience, in casual elegance, with maximum 12 guests, adventure, relaxation and flexibility, in comfortable & private accommodation and serving international cuisine.
