A new approach to vacationing attracts world-wide visitors to Amelia Island, Florida. RejuVacations, an independently owned company, specializes in ‘re-creating’ vacations that promote overall spirit, mind, and body well-being.
Teri Daggett, a Registered Kripalu Yoga Teacher, directs and coordinates custom-tailored retreats for every type of vacationer from the corporate leader to the spiritual seeker.

Retreats are designed to incorporate activities in nature and state park settings, yoga, organic foods and eco-friendly products, meditation and educational experiences. Guests are greeted upon arrival with an itinerary for scheduled activities, along with an organic goodies basket filled with snacks, beverages and other earth-friendly surprises.  A typical day includes 1 or more yoga sessions, a recreational activity of choice, massage or healing arts session, and healthy dining options.
