Derwent Systems are the recipients of two nominations at the 2008 IFSEC Security Awards. April 2008, Cramlington, UK Derwent Systems are delighted to receive nominations in two separate categories at this year's IFSEC Security Awards. Following on from Derwent's success at the North East Business Awards where its AEGIS Intelligent-IR illuminator won both the Product Innovation and Technology categories, the company is celebrating again with the news that AEGIS has made it to the last six in the prestigious CCTV Product of the Year Award. Derwent also joins select nominees in the Access Control Product of the Year Award with REG-SENTRY(tm), the company's first automated vehicle access control system based on its field proven REG(tm) range of licence plate capture cameras.
