Today SCPanel.NET released SCPanel version 1.85, the industry leading Shoutcast hosting control panel software. Version 1.85 of SCPanel comes with a variety of new features including the ability for on-demand Shoutcast playback and centralized radio management. The completed SCPanel on-demand playback system allows for Shoutcast radio listeners to hear the songs they want to, when they want to. "Shoutcast radio listeners will no longer have to listen to songs they don't like," commented Alex from SCPanel.NET. "Now, Shoutcast listeners can just skip to the songs they do like." With the SCPanel on-demand playback system, radio DJs are no longer required to stream audio to their listeners at all times. "Radio owners can upload songs, create on-demand playlists and circulate the playlists to their listeners." Also released in SCPanel version 1.85, was the newly completed centralized SCPanel management system. SCPanel.NET clients are now able to monitor and manage all of their SCPanel installations and Shoutcast radios from a single page. "When you host hundreds Shoutcast radios, keeping track of everything can become difficult," said Elliot from SCPanel.NET. "Our new centralized management system simplifies that task." These few features maintain SCPanel as the premier Shoutcast hosting control panel on the market. New feature plans for SCPanel version 1.9 include: a skinnable interface, multi-language support and complete user documentation. About SCPanel.NET: Contact: |
