Pride Park based Node4 are awarded with the latest ISO accreditation

NODE4 HAS QUALITY WRITTEN ALL OVER IT

 

Pride Park based business broadband and hosted telephony solutions provider Node4 has gained its ISO 9001-2000 accreditation in record timing following a highly successful third year of trading.

 

ISO 9001-2000 is a worldwide quality symbol and as such is held by some of the planet’s biggest organisations through to the smallest local businesses. Node4 now joins the 3% of UK businesses who already hold the accreditation.

 

ISO 9001-2000 looks at what an organisation does to enhance customer satisfaction and how it strives to improve its operational effectiveness. In Node4’s case the accreditation process bought about several changes, including the introduction of a customer satisfaction survey. The survey allows comments to be documented and followed up, and allows Node4 to respond to all customer feedback on a regular basis.

 

Andy Gilbert, Node4’s managing director said: “The ISO journey was just as important to us as gaining the final accreditation. We already had many of the necessary quality systems in place, so it was great to have our own processes validated and know that the business is going in the right direction.”
Node4 is a relatively young business with three years of trading under its belt, but in that short time it has won contracts with large blue chip companies and increased its staff of four to a team of 17.

 

Andy went on to add: “It is key that as a professional organisation, we show to our customers and potential customers that our quality systems are proven and effective.

 

“More than anything, ISO accreditation is an ongoing process as we will continue to evaluate whether our quality systems are functioning effectively, this underpins our commitment to providing a world-class service to our customers.”

 

Node4 Ltd commissioned external consultants Certified International Systems to help integrate the relevant procedures to achieve ISO 9001:2000 accreditation.

 

Alan Beale business manager of Certified International Systems, who assessed Node4 for their ISO accreditation paid particular tribute to: “The investment in people and training that enables Node4 to provide an efficient service to their customers .”
