This is formal public notice of the intent to develop a toolbar button compatible with Google's toolbar, as well as a standalone toolbar for use with a Virtual Reality business environment, based on the virtual reality engine from Galaxyworlds and the business interface at DestinyWorlds

At present no such VR IE toolbar interface exists.  In requesting technical assistance for developing this interface, some measure of disclosure is required, and some measure of good faith is required to avoid counterclaims prior to legal registration and licensing of the Virtual Reality Toolbar and Toolbar Button websystem's specifications.

 To establish prior claim to the concept and implementation, this public disclosure is intended as a readily locateable reference for anyone trying to lay claim to an identical or similar concept.
