Octopus Media Technology in association with the London Development Agency are proud to announce the launch of www.L2B2008.com, an exciting showcase of leading edge online video technology to support Team GB in Beijing. Anyone can record and upload video messages for a favourite athlete, sport or a general message to cheer on Team GB. The website aims to encourage the public to support over 300 athletes representing Great Britain at the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. Andrew Eborn, Founder and President of Octopus Media Technology said “We are delighted to be working with the LDA to provide a unique opportunity to pass your video messages of support on to our athletes in Beijing using Octopus’ leading edge technology. This will enable everyone to share the passion and excitement and be a real part of the 2008 Games. It will also provide an excellent bridge between Beijing Olympics 2008 and our own London Olympics in 2012”. The website, sponsored by BT, allows users to view video messages online and these will also be played out for the world to see at London House, the London Development Agency's base to promote London business in Beijing. www.L2B2008.com launched 08.08.08Please contact
