QM Solutions have launched a range of data loggers which can provide a solution to any data logging requirements you may have. The main products are the miniature single channel temperature loggers, the USB data loggers, the high accuracy and portable data loggers, the fully sealed and robust data loggers, and the complete wireless network radio telemetry solution. The miniature data loggers are the size of a watch battery and can record up to 8,000 data points, with a temperature recording range of -40°C to +125°C, their small size allows them to be inserted into small items and packages. The USB data loggers are also single channel temperature data loggers but benefit by not needing a reader to interface with a PC, you just plug them into a USB port. They can also record up to 8,000 points over a range of -10°C to +85°C The portable data loggers can log temperature or any 4-20mA signal, up to 16,000 records can be stored. These data loggers can also be specified to alert the user to alarm conditions by flashing an on board LED and audio bleeper. The fully sealed data loggers are sealed within a crevice free and robust plastic tag which allows it to be used in QA departments, pharmaceutical and other industries. The fully wireless solution uses a base station connected to a PC or to a network via an Ethernet adapter, this communicates to the wireless transmitters which send back the data collected to be stored on the connected PC. The base station can hold 4 days worth of data if the computer is switched off and can run on its backup battery for 12 hours in the event of a power failure. There are various transmitters that are available, from temperature monitoring, to light level to just any signal input that you would wish.
