The envisaged finishing date of Phase 1 of the complex ,comprising of an open air swimming pool connected to a natural thermal hot water source, a luxurious hotel , apartments and a center of holistic healing with sauna and bar is set for completion in august 2008.The unique concept of the development
 -only natural energy sources such thermal,wind and solar energy will be used to generate power for the development-is unique in the region,famous for its ECO status, UNESCO protected ancient Thracien Thombs and Bulgaria.

The development will boost the ECO-tourism in the region which is known as the Valley of the Roses ,its unspoiled organic soil and rose oil production and will bring much needed employment in the area.

Phase 2 of the development comprises of the construction of a bottlednatural mineral water plant near the  mineral spring source and the launch of a new natural mineral water brand aimed at health conscious people.

The project,when finished,should provide up to 35 much needed full time jobs in the local area.
Earlier ,as part of the deal in conjunction with the Karlovo municipality and the Bulgarian army, a World War II Remembrance Monument was also constructed by the company.
