The launch of a new showhome in Walsall at the start of August will prove that size is important! McInerney Homes is unveiling its show property at Highgrove Place in Sandwell Street – where the company is creating 18 new homes – on Friday, August 8. Most of the three, four and five-bedroom properties at the development have been designed to accommodate larger, modern families and some even include three good-sized reception rooms. The four-bedroom Connought – the showhome at the development – is the perfect case-in point. The three-storey property includes a generous hallway and a large family room on the ground floor as well as a fitted breakfast kitchen. On the first floor, there is a sizable lounge alongside a good sized sitting room while there are also two bedrooms and a family bathroom. The second floor features two substantial bedrooms both of which benefit from en-suite bathrooms. John Heald, sales and marketing manager for McInerney Homes West Midlands, said: “There is certainly a shortage of new homes that meet the needs of modern, larger families and we are addressing that here at Highgrove Place. “I believe any family that visits our showhome launch will be more than impressed with the size, quality and finish of the property and that is a good reflection of all the homes here. “We are looking forward to a busy weekend as the interest in the scheme has been very high in the build-up to the launch.” Just five homes at Highgrove Place have been released for sale so far and they start in price at £229,950. The showhome launches on August 8 at and will be open across the weekend. After that, the showhome will be open Thursday to Monday from 11am until 5pm.
