Dubai, Feb 2008: Fresh from a rousing success in 2007 which saw the company increased its market share tenfold; KM Properties will present visitors and customers the opportunities to take a hold on excellent pricing offers from its portfolio of beautiful and elegant homes. KM Properties will join other leading property developers and real estate players in Dubai and in UAE at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre for the first ever RERA registered Property exhibition in 2008 dubbed as International Property Show.
KM Properties stand is located at Stand C8 of Zabeel Hall, where for three days, it is open for all visitors as well as the serious investors with opportunities to purchase their dream homes and properties for as low as paying a minimum of 10% downpayment of total purchase value.
