Munich - A good standing Euro versus the Dollar and the crash of the real estate prices are turning the real estate market in the area of South West Florida into a paradise for European investors. That is the reason why INTERNATIONAL SERVICE CHECK has tested the service quality of about 2.000 realtors between Cape Coral, Fort Meyers, Naples and Marco Island. The service comparison shows how local and international based real estate companies like Engel & Völkers, Primer Properties, John Wood Realtors. Stock Reality, Abuchon Homes Inc., Anchor Real Estate, Remax, Prudential, Coltwell Banker, Amerivest Realty, VIP Realtors, Realty Direct and Century 21 deal with potential European investors on the phone, in the office and in open houses.

Regarding friendliness and consulting the Europeans are in very good hands with the realtors. Those were the parts where the realtors got very better results than their European colleagues. But not only the service quality and friendliness are important points in the real estate market, also the ethics these realtors are living for is very attractive to European clients. So the realtors in South West Florida do not only have to look for the regulatory. What counts more here is their professional ethics which says that they try everything to reach the best for their clients, whether they are sellers or buyers. The MLS (Multiple Listing System) is a tool they can use for this. It enables the realtor to have a look at all listed objects on the market, even they are listed by another real estate company. With this system they are able to check many details of the properties and follow the sales history of an object. The system with the Supra Ibox permits the realtors to enter all the listed properties with their personal code that they got as a realtor. So it is no problem at all to go with a client into a house of another realtor. Based on the data of the Supra Ibox all house openings can be viewed over the internet by every realtor. The average commission of six percent is paid by the seller of a home. If a realtor sells a property of someone other who is using the MLS System, they share the commission divided 50:50 for each realtor. In South West Florida the realtor licence has to be renewed every two years including an acquisition of a new certification concerning the ethics and all relevant regulatory.
