Serviced office company Avanta has officially opened its latest business centre, 51,000 sq ft of office space at the Capital Place building on the A4 Bath Road, opposite Heathrow Airport.

In keeping with the centre’s location, Avanta hosted an airport themed launch party, where over a hundred guests were greeted by airhostesses and taken on a tour of the building. 

There was also the opportunity for guests to test their skills as a pilot on a flight simulator, which worked up an appetite ahead of an international cuisine buffet. 

Situated directly opposite the world’s busiest international airport and between junctions 3 and 4 of the M4, Capital Place also enjoys excellent public transport links such as the Heathrow Express and Piccadilly Line underground services from Hatton Cross.  Occupiers in the building will also be able to enjoy fresh coffee to kickstart their day, courtesy of a café situated close to the building’s reception.

The A4 Bath Road is home to many well known names in the aviation sector such as BAA’s property division, BAA Lynton, Boeing, Sita, Equant, SAP, EDS and Samsonite. 

The opening represents a further strengthening of Avanta’s serviced office presence in West London, following the launch last week of its 43,000 sq ft business centre in Harrow. 

Chief Executive David Alberto said: “There is increasing occupier demand in the market for unbranded, competitively priced, flexible business space, which we are well placed to satisfy with our growing portfolio of business centres”. 

He continued:  “The location of Capital Place is perfectly situated on the doorstep of Heathrow Airport and we are sure that there will be a strong demand for workspace from occupiers, particularly with the recent opening of Terminal 5”
