Online advertising companies are revving up and fine tuning their services to meet the demands. In US alone, the industry is estimated to be running as good as $50 billion. The premier in the industry continues to be big G (Google). The market share of Google is incredible and what is remaining is taken up by smaller companies. Towing their lines, the competition is expected to get even fierce with social networking sites improving their advertising designs and models. Social networking sites like Facebook are more than ever interested in taking a good chunk of the American pie. But the problem is that none of them has their business model as refined as that of Google. Facebook and MySpace has been a little successful as they have hooked up with some major advertising agencies and companies. Microsoft and News Corp., have made it more interesting as they have invested in the mentioned companies. These popular networking sites have been valued as having worth of billions of dollars. But when it comes to profit, things do not seem to be that convincing. Advertising companies in UK, Australia, India are also watching it very closely. These are the places where the next generation of online advertising platforms are likely to foster. Reportedly there are as many as 850 social networking sites that are eyeing on the billion dollar industry. Estimates reveal that the number will shoot up and might be as much as 2,50,000 at the end of the year. That is where our online advertising is going. Everyone is invited. Rupiz Ads |
