Global Language Jobs ditches Traditional Recruitment Agencies

THE END OF TRADITIONAL RECRUITMENT AGENCIES IN THE LANGUAGE JOB WORLD

The recently launched job portal globallanguagejobs.com has made a major and somewhat brutal decision.  They will be taking off all their agency adverts relating put forward by agencies as they have  become sick and tired of agencies advertising jobs which were not real all in the name of collecting CV's which they would then dump on unsuspecting clients without properly vetting them.

So, from now on, Global Language Jobs will only accept  job ads from employers thus ensuring that candidates and employers are only contemplating applying for a real and not a phoney job.

GLJ has also decided that they will not pester clients who are looking for language candidates unlike Traditional Recruitment Agencies (TRA's).  Talking of TRA's what is the story with charging 20% plus for placing a candidate.  What a rip off that is.  It wouldn't be so bad if they knew their candidates and their clients but in most situations this is not the case.  The time has come to end this slave trade and GLJ is offering a third way between the nasty pestering TRA's and the somewhat anonymous and slightly time consuming job boards.

Watch this space for further details on language recruitment with a difference.
