Peak District Hotel and restaurant The Maynard has published its room rates for the new boutique hotel which is set to open in early March. They are as follows: Mid Week Bed & Continental breakfastStandard £115 per roomSuperior £135 per roomSuite £155 per room Weekend Bed & continental breakfastStandard £135 per roomSuperior £155 per roomSuite £175 per room A cooked breakfast is an additional £8.50 per person.Dinner, Bed & Breakfast is an additional £55 per room. Liz Downing, marketing manager of The Maynard, said: “We have tried to make the pricing realistic, balancing the fact that we will have a truly unique offering with a need to remain competitive in the local marketplace. ”We have now decided on all the individual room schemes and the building work proceeds at a great pace. We are currently on target to hit our early March re-opening for the rooms and visitors will therefore be able to benefit from the new look boutique hotel for the entire spring and summer season. ”Some great opening offers will be announced soon, after which it may be difficult to get a room reservation at The Maynard so advanced booking is highly recommended.” The Maynard restaurant and bar is open for food and drink throughout the refurbishment.
