Scotlands' obesity problem is at an all time high. With NHS spending on fatburning drugs and gastric banding throught the roof one wonders why there's not an easier solution. Well there may be. Scotish company Fitchix Personal Training for Women in Glasgow have now put together a new fitness programme, aim at those who come under morbid/clinical obesity. Fitchix founder Linda Lowerysaid " It's about counselling, talking and finding ut nor only the route casue but the trigger point and the downfall areas fall obsessive eating. People relationshps with food are for a nukber of reasons and cannot be pinpointed or correct by a drug or operation. You have to srat on the mind and then look at the nutritinal and fitness side of things. "
Fitchix is well known for sculpting womens' bodies for their weddings, famously saying " you can look a million dollars with a good body in a cheap dress and equally look like 2 bucks in a £2000 dress with a poor body inside...it's just about re-distributing your budget, and spending the money on your body instead" And so Linda believes this in life. " You have to invest in yourself. People spend fortunes on houses, cars, holidays and there body is a mess. Many people have no get up and go, dont sleep well and have poor digestion; there skin is poor and their peosonal relationships are no longer 'great'. Looking after yourself on the inside , not only shows on the outside but makes you feel happier and more confident."
