Houston, TX - The 2007 Emmy Awards hosted by Ryan Seacrest was a spectacular, star-studded extravaganza held at the prestigious Shrine auditorium.  This year's event was yet another luxurious explosion of designer gowns, tuxedos, and enough bling to brighten the evening skies over Hollywood.  Over 13 million households across America tuned in to see which of their favorite small screen stars were chosen as the best of show.
