Orlando, FL – February 20th , 2008:  Gitta Urbainczyk, leader of Gitta’s Real Estate Team (a Keller Williams Heritage Realty team located in Lake Mary, Florida), has opened a Luxury International Auction Division under the name Luxury Auctions International.  Holder of the prestigious Million Dollar Guild award from the exclusive Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, Urbainczyk leads this new luxury division which serves the 5-county greater Orlando area.  The purpose of this new division is offer the ability to efficiently auction luxury homes from $500,000 and up.

After much analysis, we find the greater Orlando area market is ripe and underserved for a luxury portfolio auction company.  Therefore, we are pleased to take the lead in providing this service.
