Martin, aged 60, is project manager for the company on a major regeneration project at the Bevan Lee Road estate, Cannock.The scheme involves the demolition of 108 properties in three phases and their replacement with 128 homes and a community centre for the Beth Johnson Housing Association, part of the Sanctuary housing group, and Cannock Chase District Council. He said:  “I feel honoured to have been recognised in this way. Standards of health and safety are high on the Bevan Lee site and we are always striving to improve further. “I must stress that the award has been achieved through hard work by the whole workforce. In April, it was named one of the top construction companies in the West Midlands after taking the Leadership In People title at the Constructing Excellence Awards, organised by West Midlands Centre for Constructing Excellence, an organisation set up with support from the EU and Advantage West Midlands to improve the capabilities and competitiveness of construction companies across the region.  In the same month it also secured a Built In Quality Award for its work at a health centre on the outskirts of Crewe. Ends
