ACQUISITION OF EUROPEAN HAIR ALCOHOL TESTING LABORATORY London, UK ( Freepressrelease ) - November 2007, The Board of Trimega Laboratories, a national supplier of substance misuse testing products (to customers including the UK legal market and a large number of UK local authorities) announces the partial acquisition of DC Drogencheck GmbH which was completed on November 14th 2007. Trimega officially becomes the second largest shareholder in Drogencheck GmbH. This latest news means that the company can now further expand its already successful testing product range into the overall European market and leverage experience from Drogencheck whom already do a number of tests for the German drivers’ license authorities and German Consulate-posts abroad.
