RoomPainter.Com has been updated with a "from the consumer eye" standpoint.  Finally, a true tradesm RoomPainter.Com has been updated with a "from the consumer eye" standpoint.  Finally, a true tradesman with a website that makes sense!


I specialize in residential interiors. Most of my work is done in owner-occupied fine homes. I also do interiors for the clients of real estate agents &  brokers who recommend pre-sale upgrading. On occasion I do rental units or condos for lease.
I also do "select", residential exteriors during the months of May thru October.
Within my specialty I am one of the best painters one is likely to encounter, but I do not think that is why my trade continues. I get business because my customers can give me their keys , go to work and not worry about a thing.
I work by two guidelines:       
    
»»Always do a little more than is expected
»»Always leave the place a little cleaner than it was.
It seems to work and that's what I do for a living.
