Rancho Cucamonga Realtor Predicts Influx Of Orange County Home Buyers.

Rancho Cucamonga realtor predicts that more Orange County first time home buyers will view local area real estate for value and ease of entry into marketplace.

“With the increase of property prices in Orange County young families are finding it harder and harder to get into the real estate market. They have the choice of renting or moving inland to Rancho Cucamonga and becoming home owners,” states Krista-Leanne Yates of Alcco Realty located in Rancho Cucamonga.
Alcco Realty is one of the fastest growing real estate companies in the Inland Empire. Krista-Leanne Yates specializes in Rancho Cucamonga CA real estate and enjoys helping young families with starter homes or those looking to upgrade.
“A growing number of these young families that want to become home owners are purchasing in Rancho Cucamonga as the real estate is far more affordable than the equivalent in Orange County and therefore easier to purchase,” continues Ms Yates.
“Rancho Cucamonga real estate seems to be a popular choice because of easy access to the 10, 15 and 210 freeways and local facilities such as Victoria Gardens.”
John D. Mannerino, attorney at law and long time resident states,  “Rancho Cucamonga offers a unique combination of affluence, affordability, extraordinary city planning, excellent public education, and cultural activities of all kinds, all in a city that has maintained a balanced budget through difficult financial periods where other cities, and counties have seen significant service reductions because of monetary constraints.”
Yates continues, “By searching for Rancho Cucamonga CA real estate young families can find properties such as a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom single story home with a mountain view on a 7,150 square foot lot for only $400,000.”
Jay Yerman, First Time Home Buyer Specialist with T.N.T. Lending in Rancho Cucamonga adds “Payments on this home can be as low as $1960 a month with the right credit driven program offering 100% financing, no money down.”
“Before house hunting it is advisable to obtain a free mortgage pre-approval letter. This will allow real estate agents to only show properties in the specific price range of the maximum mortgage.”
“Sellers also take an offer more seriously if the home mortgage loan is already pre-approved,” concludes Yerman.
Yates concludes, “The latest housing figures indicate that sales in the Inland Empire fell 47 percent in March from the same month a year earlier. Inland Empire prices still are a bargain compared with coastal areas such as Orange County and we expect to see a movement of buyers moving inland.”
