The report released today highlighted the true value of kitchen design by analysing the most cost effective and straightforward way to add value to a property.  Gathering on opinions from industry experts and figures for kitchen upgrades, the report reflects the deep-rooted sentiment that kitchens sell houses.

The news reflects the growing recognition of kitchen improvements in selling house - a factor which has already become prominent within the property investment industry where kitchens are recognised as an immediate route to profitability.
