Former senior BBC Weatherman, Bill Giles OBE, has joined the Key Retirement Solutions campaign to urge consumers considering releasing cash from their home to seek specialist, independent advice Former senior BBC Weatherman, Bill Giles OBE, has joined the campaign to urge consumers who are considering releasing cash from their home to seek specialist, independent advice. Bill Giles OBE, decided to release equity from his home in April 2006.
