Details of this scheme can be found on the Solutions website at www.cisoverseas.com . Two main investment options are available for the land plot Fixed Term Fixed Return investment. These are Santiago in the Cape Verde Islands and Fernie in Canada. This is an extremely exciting product offering you the investor the chance to lodge funds against a plot and have a guaranteed buy back from the developer on the plot for a fixed rate of return.  You will not be able to purchase the plot as the developer is purchasing these back from you. The product can be placed within a SIPP.Q: Are my funds safe if I invest in the Fixed Term Fixed Return land plot investment?  A: The funds sit in a segregated client account and never leave the UK. In essence the capital is protected. Investors receive a UK Promissory contract.Q: What rate of return will I receive for my investment? A: If you invest in February 2008 into the Santiago Fixed Term Fixed Return plots you would receive an investment return of 34.8% in September 2009 on your investment. Fernie Option 1 (Maturity Date December 2009) :- If you invest in February 2008 into the Fernie Fixed Term Fixed Return plots you would receive a 34.8% return in December 2009 on your investment. Fernie Option 2 (Maturity Date September 2010) :- If you invest in February 2008 into the Fernie Fixed Term Fixed Return plots you would receive a 48.8% return in September 2010 on your investment. Q: What is the minimum amount I can invest? A: For the Santiago Fixed Return Fixed Term investment the minimum amount that you may invest is £25,000. For the Fernie Fix Return Fixed Term investment the minimum amount that you may invest is £24,000. You may invest more than these amounts but they have to be in multiples of £25,000 and £24,000 respectively.This investment can be placed into a self invested pension plan (SIPP) or can be by direct investment.
