My husband recently signed up for a plumbing course and his first language is not English. Regardless of this - he was interviewed and it was decided by the train4trade agent that my husband would be suitable to study for this plumbing course from home.

 He let him sign forms that he could not possibly read and informed us that we could cancel the course if it was proving difficult.

A month later after trying really hard to study for this course  - it was proving very stressful and hard work due to the fact that the book given to us was full of big words that are not easily understood and it was simply not a good way of learning.

 We decided to cancel this course and it was not worth paying £110 per month for a course that is clearly not suitable for my husbands training needs.

After several  phone calls to the company, with the ladys spoken to being unhelpful and just brutally nasty, they refused to let us cancel the course - we then decided that if they could provide us with a study book in urdu and provisde us a tutor in urdu then we would be happy to commence the course as it would then be beneficial but they are still not allowing us to do th8is but are expecting us to pay as they keep saying that we have signed the contract and thats all that matters.

The company is showing no remorse and no diversity at all - please can you help me? I would like to get in contact with the MP - can you get me an email address where I can write to so that I can be heard?

Please I don't know who else to contact I am desperate and cannot afford to be paying for something FOR NOTHING.

I am being harassed for money daily and they are writing to us saying that we are incurring charges for missed payments - I ahve missed one payment so far that is all - pleeeeease help
