With the cooling UK housing market and a dramatic increase in housing prices, those looking to sell property in the UK are having a hard time deciding what to do, it's also getting pretty impossible for new buyers to get a foot on the hosuing ladder market. UK house prices are still increasing, actually up by 5.3% in November 2006, where is the predicted slowdown?

"There just aren't as many homes available!" he said" And more and more people are investing their money in property abroad, that makes property in the UK something that’s hard to find".
