| Jetimpex, Inc., a Main Contributor to TemplateMonster.com, Its Affiliates and Resellers, and Getty Images Sign the Agreement Considering Using the Images in Templates. Miami, FL., September-August , 2007 – Jetimpex, Inc., a main contributor to www.TemplateMonster.com, its affiliates and resellers, announces today that it has entered into an agreement and license with Getty Images regarding the past and future use of images owned or represented by Getty Images. The parties have resolved issues of past usage of Getty Images' photographs found at www.TemplateMonster.com, its affiliates and resellers. In addition, Jetimpex, Inc. has entered into a license to download and distribute Getty Images wholly-owned Royalty Free (RF) images through www.TemplateMonster.com, its affiliates and resellers. |
