<p>Re-branding to Virgin Media will help eradicate NTL's poor reputation for customer service, says <a href='http://www.broadbandgenie.co.uk' title='compare broadband providers'>broadband comparison</a> site Broadband Genie.</p> <p>Re-branding to Virgin Media will help eradicate NTL's poor reputation for customer service, says <a href='http://www.broadbandgenie.co.uk' title='compare broadband providers'>broadband comparison</a> site Broadband Genie.</p> <p>NTL chief executive office Steve Burch recently announced that NTL would be known as Virgin Media from the beginning of 2007.
