CUSQUENA Beer Dodge The Lime Competition

Cusquena Beer launches the 'Avoid the Lime' competition.  Where people can win cases of the glamorous Peruvian Beer.

The game can be found here http://www.cusquena.co.uk/lime-comp/

Cusqueña pronounced “CUS-KEN-YA” is the finest premium lager from Latin America and is rapidly becoming a favourite of leading UK bartenders, beer writers and A-List celebrities alike.
Known as the Gold of the Incas and renowned for its pure ingredients Cusqueña is imported by two friends who acquired the licence to sell it in the UK after discovering its amazing taste and lack of a hangover whilst back-packing in Peru.   They set up Chilli Marketing Brands to import and market the brand in the UK.
Despite it being Latin and light, its crisp flavour means there is no need to add a lime which may other Latin beers choose to do.  CUS-KEN-YA tastes fantastic on its own and indeed they now have a range of fans spotted drinking Cusqueña that include David Beckham, Lilly Allen, Kate Moss & George Clooney who will testify to that!
To raise awareness to the public that not all Latin cerveza’s need citrus fruit, they have now teamed up with one of the UK’s brightest Digital Marketing Agencies SMARTEBUSINESS.
For their part SMARTEBUSINESS have created one of the most addictive on-line games of recent times to show this.
“Cusqueña tastes fantastic enough on its own!” says Marketing Director Kieron Barton, who added; “It is now taken as a given that all Latin lagers need lime in them and Cusqueña certainly doesn’t!  We linked up with SMARTEBUSINESS to get their input who thought that some fun can be had  raising awareness through an on-line game and they came up with a fabulous concept to publicise it. The bad thing is though we are now addicted to the game!”
The game in which competitors only aged 18 and above can enter, sees the gamer with a bottle of Cusqueña moving around in a minefield of moving limes where crashing into a lime or lime coloured wall with a Cusqueña ends the gamers life!  Friends can also challenge their friends or work mates to beat them which is proving a huge success.
Perhaps this is also to do with Cusqueña giving cases of beer in monthly draws to people who last over 10 seconds on the game!
Having been launched from a Punto, Cusqueña is now on its way to becoming a big UK brand. It is on sale in the best bars, restaurants, boutique hotels & supermarkets across the UK and is drunk and recommended by the UK’s top bartenders.
Twice "World's Best Bartender" winner Manchester’s Jamie Stephenson says; “Cusqueña is a truly exceptional lager; it is the only lager I’d recommend.”
It has had further strong reviews in the national press for its crispness, purity and flavoursome taste.
With 5% ABV, Cusqueña has been brewed near the mystical lost city of Machu Picchu in Peru since 1908 and is brewed to the very highest standards in the industry.
It is made from all natural ingredients including pure melt water from the tops of the Andes at some 18,000 feet above sea level - 3000 feet higher than BA flies from London to Manchester.
With its growing fan base both GQ & Glamour Magazines are exclusively stocking Cusqueña at their respective celebrity of the year awards this year!
