VINx2 was installed at Josef Chromy Wines ahead of its official opening in December. Tasmanian Premier Paul Lennon attended the event and has been quoted as saying "Mr Chromy's latest investment provided a home for some of the best wine-making equipment available and was a significant investment in the future of the industry."

Managed with the help of VINx2, the Tasmanian harvest is reaping yields up 10 to 30% more than expected. "Our first vintage in a new winery coupled with higher than expected yields has kept us very busy. In early December, VINx2 was installed at the award winning contract winery, The Vintage Wineworx of Western Australia. Headed by Dr. Diane Miller, the winery underwent a $1 million expansion in 2007 and was officially re-opened by influential wine critic James Halliday.
