There are three new products in this release.

Office Recovery is the premier product. It is able to recover documents created by almost all Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Word DOC, DOT and RTF, Microsoft Excel XLS and XLW, Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio and Publisher. Office Recovery also supports the new Office 2007 XML document formats.

Word Recovery is a lower priced product intended for users who only need to recover Microsoft Word documents. It has the same user interface as Office Recovery but is restricted to recovering Microsoft Word DOC, DOT, RTF, DOCX and DOCM files.

Excel Recovery is a lower priced product for users who only need to recover Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. It is restricted to recovering XLS, XLW, XLSX, XLSM and other Microsoft Excel file types.

All of these products have been designed to be extremely easy to use. No technical knowledge is needed to complete a successful data recovery. The software has powerful filtering functions to limit the list of recoverable files based on attributes like document title, content text, author name and date of last modification, avoiding the need to search through hundreds or thousands of recovered file fragments. The products also all have full wysiwyg (what you see is what you get) file preview, so that users can see exactly what a document contains before recovering it.
