The Performance Solution (TPS) have been selected as one of the exclusive providers to the HR Revenue and Customs (HMRC), providing Coaching Development, amongst other skills to their organisation.

Working closely with the HMRC’s 34 business units, TPS will be providing their expertise within the fields of Executive Coaching Workshops, 1:1 Coaching Sessions, Coaching Supervision sessions and general support of coaching within the HMRC network.

Sally Vanson, Managing Director and Owner of TPS is an award winning Coach and Mentor and in high demand. Working with a wide range of individuals ranging from Managers through to Senior Board level, Sally works within both the Public and Private sector and is supported by a vast range of Associates and Consultants who work exclusively for TPS.

Coaching, as a profession, is not as governed, unlike other professions, therefore TPS strive to maintain a regulation with coaching supervision sessions and follow the ethics and guidelines from the EMCC and Association of Coaching, amongst other associations that TPS have built up through the years.
