Action International, the organisation at the forefront of the development of business coaching in the UK and around the world, has just picked up a prestigious ‘Stevie®’ award for Best Overall Company. Considered by the New York Post ‘the business world’s own Oscars’, the ‘Stevie®’ Awards were created to recognise the efforts, accomplishments, and positive contributions of companies and business people across the world. Indeed, this years awards attracted over 700 nominations from companies and individuals in some 30 countries. Established 13 years ago and now with 860 offices in 22 countries, Action International is the brainchild of Brad Sugars who recognised that most owners of small and medium sized businesses didn’t know how to effectively grow their businesses and achieve their goals. As a result, he developed a comprehensive business coaching & mentoring system that can assist business owners to achieve their goals and realise their dreams with dramatic results. Action International has been particularly successful in the UK where it has 140 offices with more planned to accommodate increasing demand for its services. Indeed, with over 4 million SME’s in the UK, the market for business coaching is both large and still largely untapped.
