VillaCentre Limited has been exceeding villa holiday expectations for over 6 years. Founded by current Managing Director James Main, in 2002, following a successful career in the holiday industry Cambridgeshire, England, June 20, 2008 -- VillaCentre, the UK's leading direct specialist agent for unpackaged quality villa holidays, announced today that the company has launched a new website. Developed over nine months at a cost of £70,000, the site went live on Wednesday, May 21st, 2008, and can be viewed at www.villacentre.co.uk. The VillaCentre website offers up-to-the-minute, real-time availability and a secure online booking facility for private villas in 12 European destinations. The ‘live’ booking system allows visitors to check the prices and availability of over 250 villas online on any day of the year. The website also includes a number of new features to promote ease of navigation for users and a new ‘Holiday Experiences’ section, where VillaCentre representatives review region resorts at length. The site also boasts a wealth of new information on well-known villa resorts in France, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Cyprus. James Main, Managing Director of Villa Centre stated: “In 2002 VillaCentre were just one of three UK villa holiday specialists offering real-time availability and an online booking facility. By 2006, those operators slow to react to customer expectations had now done so along with many new entrants to the villa rental market. The new website is fast, well designed graphically, simpler to use and provides considerably more information on all aspects of the holidays and areas featured. There is no doubt that the new website puts VillaCentre back with the front runners of the European internet villa holiday market.” Mark Ridell, the chief Web Developer on the project, also comments: “By adhering to WEB 2.0 Standards and by using the latest technology, such as Microsoft ASP.NET 2.0 and SQL Server, we have looked to develop a site that enables better facilities for visitors and faster future development to work in line with the needs of VillaCentre Limited.” About VillaCentre Ltd:- Press Contact: Matt Bullas |
