May 15th, 2008 For Immediate Release: Realitalia has created a unique program designed to take the pressure out of purchasing and maintaining homes in the Italian countryside. For their latest project, they have teamed up with Sextantio, the restoration company that created the extraordinary Albergo Diffuso. Their corporation is now developing the restoration of homes in the historic center of Santo Stefano di Sessanio. These private homes enjoy the professional management of the Albergo Diffuso, including online rental service and other services specifically created to give homeowners a chance to “relax in an Italian home [they] can really enjoy.”
Once a thriving wool trading hub in the thirteenth century, Santo Stefano di Sessanio is a charming country town nestled in the rolling hills of the Gran Sasso-Monti della Laga National Park. The town has remained relatively untouched by developers, allowing a unique setting among beautiful medieval structures. The rustic village is home to several specialty shops and stores that maintain their rich Abruzzo cultural traditions.
Realitalia is a member of the UKGBC (UK Green Building Council) and NAEA (The National Association of Estate Agents)
